Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll Principal Consultant/Architect to lead end-to-end payroll implementations, enhancements, and post-production support. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in US Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, and Time & Labor modules, with strong knowledge of payroll processing, taxation, costing, and compliance. Join our Bengaluru team to drive Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for US clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll implementations and configurations.
  • Design and architect payroll solutions integrating Core HR, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
  • Configure payroll processes, rules, taxation, costing, and statutory reporting.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution prototyping.
  • Provide post-production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver functional workshops, training, and knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with US federal/state payroll regulations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom integrations and extensions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with 5+ years in US Payroll.
  • Expertise in Core HR, Compensation, Time & Labor, and Payroll modules.
  • Strong knowledge of US payroll taxation, W2/1099 reporting, and compliance.
  • Proven track record leading 3+ full-cycle HCM Payroll implementations.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification (Payroll preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
