Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver payroll solutions aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll modules.
• Configure payroll setups, rules, and elements to meet client specifications.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Develop custom reports, extracts, and integrations using OTBI and HDL.
• Perform unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and payroll process optimization.
• Train client teams on payroll functionality and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Deep knowledge of US Payroll regulations, tax rules, and compliance.
• Oracle HCM Cloud certification in Payroll or equivalent.
• Proficiency in HDL, FBL, OTBI, and Payroll Flow configurations.
• Strong experience with integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and client-facing communication abilities.
