Responsibilities

• Design and demonstrate AI-powered HCM solutions to showcase Oracle's innovative capabilities.
• Collaborate with sales teams to tailor HCM demos highlighting AI-driven features and next-gen experiences.
• Develop proof-of-concepts integrating AI for HCM use cases like talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Conduct workshops and presentations on Oracle HCM AI innovations for prospective customers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and HCM to inform solution strategies.
• Support customer pilots and deployments of AI-enhanced HCM modules.
• Contribute to product feedback loops by gathering insights from demos and customer interactions.
• Mentor junior engineers on AI integration best practices within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in HCM solutions, preferably with Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and their application in enterprise software.
• Proven track record in solution engineering, pre-sales demos, or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level and technical audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, and integration in HCM environments.
