Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Health Network Strategy Executive to deliver expert support for Oracle's Population Health suite, from new facility implementations to ongoing sustainment. In this role, you will drive strategic network growth, optimize health system partnerships, and ensure seamless adoption of Oracle solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for Oracle Population Health implementations in new healthcare facilities.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with health networks and key stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization for Population Health suite during sustainment phases.
• Analyze network performance data to identify growth opportunities and recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to drive solution adoption.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle health solutions best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform network strategy.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations on network strategy progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in health network strategy, management, or consulting.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Population Health solutions or similar healthcare IT platforms.
• Proven track record of managing complex healthcare implementations and sustainment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in healthcare data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
