Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue cycle management, including billing, coding, and claims processing for healthcare systems.
• Oversee Health Information Management (HIM) operations, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, ICD-10, and regulatory standards.
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement Oracle Health Revenue Cycle solutions and integrations.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize cash flow, reduce denials, and improve reimbursement rates.
• Conduct process audits, identify inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and financial stakeholders to align HIM practices with organizational goals.
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance management to revenue cycle and HIM staff.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive reports on revenue cycle metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, HIM, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle and HIM management.
• Proven expertise with Oracle Health solutions or similar EHR/Revenue Cycle platforms.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, Medicare/Medicaid, coding standards).
• Excellent project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in driving revenue cycle improvements and team development.
