Overview

HLGIU Consulting delivers managed services for the hospitality industry, supporting hotel operations through Oracle Hospitality technology. As a Help Desk Agent (German Speaker), you will provide remote technical support, resolve incidents, and ensure excellent customer experiences for hotel systems. Join our team in a fully remote role based in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for Oracle Hospitality applications via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents related to hotel property management systems (PMS).
  • Log and track support tickets using Oracle service management tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or development teams as needed.
  • Deliver training and guidance to hotel staff on system usage and best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of resolutions and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and processes.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in German (native or C1 level) with strong English communication skills.
  • 1+ years of experience in help desk or technical support roles.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Hospitality OPERA PMS or similar hospitality software.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet and home office setup.
