Oracle is seeking an exceptional IC4 Principal Program Manager to lead strategic planning and execution for our Datacenter Infrastructure Delivery Engineering team in Nashville, TN or Austin, TX. Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution of datacenter infrastructure projects across multiple sites.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, timelines, and resources for high-impact datacenter programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks in infrastructure deployment and operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams on project roadmaps.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status and performance metrics.
• Foster partnerships with vendors and stakeholders for seamless infrastructure rollout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience in datacenter or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record leading complex, large-scale infrastructure delivery programs.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of datacenter construction, networking, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).
