Overview

An Implementation Consultant II – Food & Beverage Systems handles end-to-end implementation of Oracle Hospitality Food & Beverage solutions, including installation, configuration, client education, and project management. The role ensures successful delivery aligned with Oracle standards and client requirements while managing integrations. Based in India, this position drives optimal system performance in the F&B industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Hospitality F&B solutions for clients.
• Perform system installation, configuration, and customization per client needs.
• Conduct client training sessions and provide ongoing education on solution usage.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
• Integrate Oracle systems with third-party applications and hospitality platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform testing, and ensure system stability post-go-live.
• Collaborate with sales, support teams, and stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Document implementations and maintain compliance with Oracle best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Hospitality or similar F&B systems implementation.
• Proficiency in Oracle OPERA, Simphony, or Food & Beverage modules.
• Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills in English.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and hospitality industry workflows.
