Overview
As an Implementation Consultant in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, you will deliver implementation and post-sales support to Oracle customers while advocating for their needs. Serve as the primary point of contact, resolving non-technical inquiries via phone and electronic means, and addressing technical questions on Electronic Support Services. Facilitate customer relationships with Support and provide guidance to internal teams on escalated issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation projects for Oracle Cloud ERP Financials modules.
- Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Resolve non-technical inquiries via phone, email, and electronic channels.
- Act as primary customer advocate and point of contact for Support.
- Configure and customize ERP solutions to meet client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for customer teams.
- Collaborate with internal Oracle teams on escalated customer situations.
- Ensure successful go-live and ongoing optimization of implementations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS or Fusion Financials modules.
- Proven track record in customer-facing consulting roles.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or related field.
