Overview

As a key member of Oracle Customer Success Services, you will join an international network of experts dedicated to driving customer success through innovation and expertise. The Implementation Consultant will be client-facing, working on implementations and support for Oracle CPQ Cloud. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-impact solutions to global clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle CPQ Cloud for clients across industries.
• Configure and customize CPQ solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live phases and post-implementation stabilization.
• Train client teams on Oracle CPQ functionality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay updated on Oracle CPQ enhancements and contribute to knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle CPQ Cloud or similar CPQ solutions.
• Strong technical knowledge of Oracle CPQ configuration, scripting, and integrations.
• Proven client-facing experience in consulting or professional services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and work in a fast-paced environment.
