Overview

We are seeking hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Consultants with extensive experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. Selected candidates will augment and strengthen the onsite HCM team, working closely with the offshore team to deliver comprehensive support across regions. This role offers the opportunity to drive successful HCM implementations in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations for clients across various industries.
• Configure and customize HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Absence Management.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute test plans, including unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and optimization of HCM solutions.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless knowledge transfer and project delivery.
• Train end-users and create documentation for HCM processes and system usage.
• Stay updated on Oracle HCM best practices, patches, and new features to advise clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations and support.
• Oracle Fusion HCM certification (e.g., Implementation Specialist or Functional Consultant).
• Strong expertise in at least 3 HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, or Recruiting.
• Proven track record of leading full lifecycle implementations from design to go-live.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client requirements.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination.
