Overview

As a key member of Oracle Customer Success Services, you will join an international network of experts dedicated to driving customer success through innovation and expertise. The Implementation Consultant will be client-facing, working on implementations and support for Oracle Sales Cloud and Subscription. Your role is pivotal in delivering high-impact solutions that empower clients to optimize their sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Sales Cloud and Subscription modules for clients.
• Configure and customize applications to meet specific client business requirements.
• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Provide hands-on support during go-live phases and post-implementation stabilization.
• Train client teams on system functionality and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Document configurations, processes, and contribute to knowledge base resources.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Sales Cloud or similar CRM solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Subscription Management and CPQ modules.
• Proven track record in client-facing consulting and project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; Oracle certifications preferred.
