Seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to design, configure, activate, and support Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) solutions for Revenue Cycle Patient Access (Scheduling/Registration) across U.S. Federal agencies, including DoD, Coast Guard, VA, and Indian Health Service. This role focuses on delivering high-impact EHR implementations in mission-critical healthcare environments. Join a dynamic team driving digital transformation in federal healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and configuration of Oracle Millennium Revenue Cycle Patient Access modules, including Scheduling and Registration.
- Conduct requirements gathering, workflow analysis, and gap assessments with federal agency stakeholders.
- Configure, test, and deploy EHR solutions tailored to federal healthcare regulations and protocols.
- Provide hands-on activation support, including go-live assistance and hypercare post-implementation.
- Deliver training sessions for end-users on Scheduling/Registration functionalities.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and support ongoing maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing federal systems.
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Health EHR (Millennium) Revenue Cycle modules.
- Proven expertise in Patient Access Scheduling and Registration workflows.
- Experience working with U.S. Federal agencies (DoD, VA, Coast Guard, IHS) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST, FISMA).
- Excellent consulting skills with ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Computer Science, or related field.
