Overview

The North America Cloud organization seeks an Industry Executive Director for Energy and Utilities (E&U). This customer-facing role promotes Oracle's technologies, applications, and services to E&U executives. The position drives demand generation strategies to accelerate adoption across North America.

Responsibilities

• Engage E&U executives to showcase Oracle's value proposition and solutions.
• Develop and execute demand generation strategies for Oracle Cloud technologies.
• Build strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Lead sales pursuits and negotiations for large-scale E&U deals.
• Collaborate with Oracle product teams to align offerings with industry needs.
• Drive adoption of Oracle applications and services in North American E&U sector.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform go-to-market plans.
• Mentor sales teams and represent Oracle at industry events and conferences.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in energy/utilities industry with proven executive sales leadership.
• Deep knowledge of E&U sector challenges, regulations, and technologies.
• Track record of closing multimillion-dollar cloud/enterprise software deals.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud, ERP, and industry-specific solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level audiences.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
