Job Description

Overview

Sells a subset of Oracle products or services directly or via partners to law firms within a designated geographical territory in the United States. Drives revenue growth by targeting named and non-named accounts in the legal industry. Builds strategic relationships to position Oracle solutions as essential for law firm operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate leads within the law firm sector across assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies for Oracle cloud and database solutions.
  • Engage C-level executives and decision-makers in legal organizations.
  • Collaborate with partners and channel ecosystems to expand market reach.
  • Conduct product demonstrations tailored to law firm use cases like case management and compliance.
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close complex deals with legal industry clients.
  • Provide customer feedback to product teams to enhance legal-specific offerings.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably in legal or professional services.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a territory model.
  • Deep understanding of law firm challenges, including data security and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud, database, and analytics solutions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executive audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; willingness to travel up to 50%.
