Overview

Seeking a City & Local Government industry expert with Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM delivery and sales/presales experience. Provide leadership, strategy, and vision for Oracle Cloud Services (OCS) Industry initiatives across Commercial and Regulated markets. Contribute to both selling and delivery efforts to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute industry-specific strategies for City & Local Government solutions using Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and SCM.
• Lead presales activities, including solution demonstrations, RFPs, and customer workshops.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities and craft compelling value propositions.
• Oversee delivery of Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in local government sectors.
• Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, webinars, and industry events.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on industry trends and Oracle capabilities.
• Drive innovation by integrating emerging technologies into government solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in City & Local Government industry with proven leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, or SCM delivery and presales.
• Track record of successful cloud transformation projects in public sector.
• Strong understanding of Commercial and Regulated markets dynamics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
