Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Lead to architect, design, and deliver cloud-native infrastructure for COTS applications, with a focus on Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM). This role is based in Tokyo, Japan, and involves leading the migration and optimization of Oracle BRM systems to modern cloud platforms. Responsibilities

• Architect and design cloud-native infrastructure for Oracle BRM and related COTS applications.
• Lead the migration of on-premises Oracle systems to cloud platforms like OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Define and implement IaC using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes for Oracle workloads.
• Optimize BRM performance, scalability, and high availability in cloud environments.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues using advanced cloud-native tools.
• Establish security best practices, including IAM, encryption, and compliance for Oracle data.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive infrastructure automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with 3+ years in cloud-native architectures.
• Deep expertise in Oracle BRM, including installation, configuration, and elastic charging.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms (OCI preferred).
• Strong knowledge of IaC tools (Terraform, Helm) and automation scripting (Python, Bash).
• Experience with Oracle databases (RAC, Exadata) in cloud-hybrid environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and fluency in English; Japanese a plus.
