Overview

On the End Point Integration team, we partner with Oracle Health clients to deliver consulting services for assessing and integrating end-user devices with Oracle systems. This includes workstations, printers, peripherals, tracking boards, and other clinician tools. Join us to ensure seamless device connectivity and enhanced healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assess client environments to identify end-point device integration needs with Oracle Health systems.
• Design and implement integration solutions for workstations, printers, and peripherals.
• Configure and troubleshoot tracking boards and clinical devices for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients to conduct integration assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop documentation, including integration guides and troubleshooting protocols.
• Provide on-site and remote consulting support for device deployments.
• Test and validate integrations to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
• Train client teams on end-point management and Oracle system interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in endpoint integration or healthcare IT consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Health systems and device integration protocols.
• Proficiency in networking, hardware configuration, and peripherals setup.
• Experience with clinical workflows and healthcare device management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to travel up to 50%.
