Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT audit professional to join Oracle Cloud's compliance team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will lead our SOC program, enhance controls, and liaise with external auditors in a dynamic environment. Strong expertise in SOC and frameworks like PCI, HIPAA, and ISO is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SOC compliance program, including planning and execution.
• Design, implement, and enhance IT controls for regulatory compliance.
• Serve as primary liaison with external auditors during SOC audits.
• Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses for compliance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain compliance documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure control effectiveness.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance strategies accordingly.
• Mentor junior team members on audit and compliance best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT audit and regulatory compliance.
• Deep expertise in SOC 1, SOC 2, and related frameworks.
• Knowledge of PCI, HIPAA, ISO 27001, or similar standards preferred.
• Proven track record leading audit programs in cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of IT controls and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and auditor interactions.
