Overview

Join Oracle Health and Analytics as a Java Software Engineer in a full-time role designed for recent graduates with Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate’s degrees (graduating by June/July 2026 or within the past 12 months). Target start date is early June or mid-July 2026 in the United States. Contribute to innovative health and analytics solutions using Java technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Java-based applications for healthcare and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable software solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards.
  • Integrate APIs and microservices to enhance system interoperability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Contribute to agile sprints and iterative product development cycles.
  • Learn and apply Oracle-specific tools and cloud technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (graduating by June/July 2026 or within 12 months prior).
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming and object-oriented design.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data structures.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
