Overview

JD Edwards CNC Administrator role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Responsible for managing and administering JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC environments, ensuring system stability, security, and optimal performance. Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise applications and drive operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and upgrade JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC components including deployment servers, enterprise servers, and HTML servers.
• Manage package deployments, build promotions, and troubleshoot CNC-related issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and capacity planning for JD Edwards servers.
• Implement and maintain security configurations, user access controls, and data integrity measures.
• Conduct regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and system patching for CNC infrastructure.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support customizations, ESU applications, and upgrades.
• Document CNC processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical JD Edwards production issues and incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as JD Edwards CNC Administrator.
• Expertise in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools Release 9.2 or later, including OMW, UBE, and BSSV.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, Oracle/SQL databases, and WebSphere/Tomcat.
• Experience with JD Edwards upgrades, ESU management, and Unicode conversions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and scripting proficiency (UTB, PowerShell, or similar).
