Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Women's Health consultant to design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants. These consultants support Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. This home-based role drives knowledge leadership in community and home-based care.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop educational programs for internal consultants on Women's Health features in Oracle Health EHR Millennium.
- Configure knowledge sharing platforms and resources tailored to Federal agency needs.
- Activate product release communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.
- Support solution consultants with training sessions, webinars, and Q&A forums.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with DoD, Coast Guard, VA, and IHS requirements.
- Create and maintain knowledge repositories, including guides, videos, and best practices.
- Monitor knowledge gaps and recommend improvements to enhance consultant performance.
- Lead community initiatives for home-based care education within Oracle Health ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Women's Health consultant in EHR systems, preferably Oracle Health Millennium.
- Deep knowledge of Federal healthcare regulations and agency-specific workflows (DoD, VA, Coast Guard, IHS).
- Proven expertise in instructional design, knowledge management, and adult learning principles.
- Strong communication skills for creating engaging educational content and presentations.
- Experience with configuring EHR training tools and product release management.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related field; advanced certifications preferred.
