Overview

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Leader in Emergency Medicine to design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants. This role focuses on Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive education programs for internal consultants on Oracle Health EHR Millennium.
• Configure knowledge-sharing platforms and resources tailored to Federal agency needs.
• Activate product release communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination.
• Develop training materials focused on Emergency Medicine workflows within Millennium.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DoD, Coast Guard, VA, and IHS implementations.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and workshops for solution consultants.
• Monitor and optimize education effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
• Stay updated on Oracle Health updates and integrate into communication strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Emergency Medicine with Oracle Health EHR Millennium.
• Proven expertise in designing education and knowledge-sharing programs.
• Deep knowledge of Federal healthcare systems (DoD, VA, Coast Guard, IHS).
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical audiences.
• Experience with EHR configuration, activation, and support processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, IT, or related field; clinical background preferred.
