Overview

We are seeking an experienced Women's Health consultant to serve as Knowledge Leader (HIM/ACM) for Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions. You will design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants supporting Federal agencies including DoD, USCG, VA, and IHS. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive education programs for internal consultants on Women's Health modules.
• Configure knowledge-sharing platforms and resources for Oracle Health EHR Millennium.
• Activate training sessions and workshops tailored to Federal agency requirements.
• Develop and disseminate product release communications and updates.
• Support solution consultants with HIM/ACM expertise during implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with DoD, USCG, VA, and IHS needs.
• Monitor knowledge gaps and create targeted learning materials.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and best practice sharing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Women's Health consulting, preferably with Oracle Health EHR Millennium.
• Deep expertise in HIM/ACM domains for healthcare IT systems.
• Experience supporting Federal agencies (DoD, USCG, VA, IHS) preferred.
• Proven skills in instructional design, training delivery, and knowledge management.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities for technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Nursing, or related field; certifications a plus.
