Job Description
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Women's Health consultant to design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications for internal solution consultants. These consultants support Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions across Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. This Knowledge Leader role focuses on inventory management expertise to drive effective knowledge dissemination.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Oracle Health EHR Millennium inventory management features.
- Configure knowledge-sharing platforms and resources for internal solution consultants.
- Activate educational initiatives tailored to Women's Health modules within federal EHR systems.
- Develop and distribute product release communications, ensuring timely updates on inventory functionalities.
- Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to align knowledge content with DoD, USCG, VA, and IHS needs.
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and workshops for solution consultants supporting EHR implementations.
- Monitor and optimize inventory management processes within Oracle Millennium solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting guidance for inventory-related EHR configurations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Health EHR Millennium, specializing in inventory management.
- Proven expertise as a Women's Health consultant in federal healthcare environments.
- Strong background in designing educational programs and knowledge-sharing strategies.
- Familiarity with federal agencies including DoD, USCG, VA, and IHS regulations and systems.
- Excellent communication skills for creating product release documentation and training materials.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare IT, Nursing, or related field; relevant certifications preferred.
