Job Description

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Leader (Oncology) with Women's Health expertise to design, configure, activate, and support education, knowledge sharing, and product release communications. This role will empower our internal solution consultants supporting Oracle Health EHR Millennium solutions for Federal agencies, including the Department of Defense, U.S. Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. Join us to drive impactful knowledge dissemination in oncology and women's health across critical U.S. government healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop comprehensive education programs for internal consultants on Oracle Health EHR Millennium oncology modules.
  • Configure knowledge sharing platforms and tools to facilitate real-time information access for solution consultants.
  • Lead activation of product release communications, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination across Federal agency teams.
  • Create oncology-focused training materials, including women's health scenarios tailored to DoD, VA, Coast Guard, and IHS needs.
  • Support consultants through workshops, webinars, and Q&A sessions on EHR configurations and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate complex updates into actionable knowledge for field consultants.
  • Monitor knowledge uptake and effectiveness, iterating on content to improve consultant performance.
  • Advocate for women's health and oncology priorities in all knowledge leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in oncology or women's health consulting, preferably with Oracle Health EHR Millennium experience.
  • Proven expertise in designing educational programs for healthcare IT solutions in Federal environments.
  • Deep knowledge of DoD, VA, Coast Guard, and IHS healthcare systems and regulations.
  • Strong skills in content creation, platform configuration, and knowledge management tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or related field; advanced certification preferred.
