Large Account Manager

Location: Petach Tikva, Israel

Overview

Responsible for leading sales and account management processes to grow Oracle’s revenues across all products and solutions for a key assigned account. Balances customer relationship management with sales skills, deep product knowledge, problem-solving, and coordination of Oracle specialized resources. Drives strategic growth and ensures comprehensive account success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize revenue growth for Oracle products and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Lead sales cycles, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and services.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and provide regular forecasts and reports.
  • Coordinate Oracle resources, including pre-sales, support, and consulting teams.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and upsell/cross-sell Oracle offerings.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales or account management experience.
  • Proven track record managing large key accounts with multimillion-dollar revenues.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle products, cloud solutions, and database technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align solutions with customer business needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew; experience in Israeli market preferred.
