Overview

Lead Business Analyst role focused on FLEXCUBE UBS Core, DDA, Loans, and Payments modules for a leading financial services firm in India. Drive requirements gathering, process optimization, and implementation of core banking solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver innovative digital banking transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for FLEXCUBE UBS Core, DDA, Loans, and Payments implementations.
• Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders and translate into technical specs.
• Conduct gap analysis between current systems and FLEXCUBE capabilities to recommend enhancements.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate configuration and customization of modules.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and support defect resolution during go-live phases.
• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation for banking operations.
• Analyze business processes to optimize loan processing, payments, and demand deposit accounts workflows.
• Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives for core banking systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst in core banking, preferably with FLEXCUBE UBS.
• Deep expertise in FLEXCUBE modules: Core, DDA, Loans, and Payments.
• Strong knowledge of banking domain processes including loans, deposits, and payments.
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation, BRD/FRD creation, and process modeling tools like BPMN.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA for project tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge business and technical teams.
