Overview

The Oracle Health Configuration Center seeks an intermediate Lead Configuration Analyst to configure the Oracle Health Pharmacy product implementation. This hybrid role in Kansas City, MO, supports critical pharmacy system deployments. Note: No visa sponsorship available; candidates requiring sponsorship will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration of Oracle Health Pharmacy modules for client implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle system setups.
• Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of configurations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and end-users.
• Develop and maintain configuration documentation and best practices.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer during go-live phases.
• Monitor system performance and recommend optimization improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and Oracle standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience configuring Oracle Health or similar EHR/Pharmacy systems.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy workflows and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Proficiency in Oracle configuration tools and scripting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Ability to work hybrid in Kansas City, MO; local candidates preferred.
