We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Domain Specialist to join our CSS team in MEA, based in Cairo, Egypt. You will provide consultancy and advisory services to strategic customers, translating ideas into implementable, supportable designs aligned with Oracle standards. Leverage your expertise in SaaS solutions and industry best practices to deliver technical solutions for Oracle customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy and advisory to strategic Oracle customers in the MEA region.
• Translate customer ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs.
• Design technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards and best practices.
• Apply industry-leading practices to optimize SaaS implementations.
• Lead functional domain expertise across Oracle product suites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution viability.
• Conduct workshops and demonstrations for customer requirements gathering.
• Mentor junior specialists and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a SaaS functional domain specialist in Oracle environments.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record in customer-facing consultancy roles.
• Strong skills in requirements analysis and solution design.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in MEA region markets preferred; Arabic fluency advantageous.
