Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Functional Domain Specialist to join our CSS team in MEA, based in Doha, Qatar (UAE or Qatar locations). You will provide consultancy and advisory services to strategic customers, translating ideas into implementable, supportable designs aligned with Oracle SaaS standards. Leverage your expertise in industry best practices to deliver technical solutions that drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert consultancy and advisory to strategic Oracle customers in the MEA region.
• Translate customer ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs.
• Design technical solutions aligned with Oracle SaaS standards and best practices.
• Apply industry-leading practices to optimize customer implementations.
• Lead functional domain workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility and scalability.
• Support customer deployments, troubleshooting, and post-go-live optimization.
• Mentor junior specialists and contribute to knowledge sharing within the CSS team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a SaaS functional domain specialist in Oracle environments.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud SaaS modules (e.g., ERP, HCM, SCM).
• Proven track record in customer-facing consultancy and advisory roles.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Familiarity with Oracle standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
