Overview

As Lead Project Manager—Major Incident Oversight at Oracle Health’s Cerner Millennium environment, you will guide major incident management processes. Collaborate with technical, client service, and operational teams to respond to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and drive systemic improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of major incidents, ensuring rapid response and resolution.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management, with 3+ years in IT incident management.
• Proven experience leading major incident response in healthcare or enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Cerner Millennium or similar EHR systems preferred.
