Join Oracle Health Consulting as a Learning Consultant II and support Federal customers in the largest electronic health record modernization effort. This fast-growing team role involves delivering expert training on electronic health records. Expect up to 100% travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver customized training programs for electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions for end-users, including clinicians and administrators.
• Develop training materials, simulations, and e-learning modules tailored to client needs.
• Assess training effectiveness and provide post-training support and reinforcement.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to align training with project milestones.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops for diverse Federal customer groups.
• Stay updated on EHR best practices and Oracle Health solutions.
• Travel up to 100% to client sites nationwide to deliver training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a trainer or learning consultant in EHR systems.
• Proven expertise with electronic health records platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Oracle Health).
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for adult learners.
• Ability to travel up to 100% domestically.
• U.S. citizenship required for Federal customer access.
