The Logistics and Hardware Operations Analyst supports manufacturing and distribution operations through a 9-month contract in Dublin, Ireland. This role maintains and improves the Quality Management System to enhance value for customers, partners, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data to optimize manufacturing and distribution workflows.
• Monitor hardware inventory levels and coordinate procurement needs.
• Support Quality Management System maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and report on key performance indicators for supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Assist in hardware deployment and troubleshooting for production environments.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Document processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in manufacturing or distribution operations.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL.
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO standards).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
