Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to lead our Cloud Sales & Renewals team in North America from Bucharest, Romania. In this role, you will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing sales team, and ensure successful customer renewals for Oracle Cloud services. Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Cloud Sales and Renewals specialists to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies focused on new cloud acquisitions and subscription renewals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key North American enterprise customers.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize team results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success.
  • Forecast sales pipelines accurately and manage deal progression from opportunity to close.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing Oracle Cloud customer base.
  • Represent Oracle at industry events and customer meetings to promote cloud solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in cloud sales or SaaS renewals, with 3+ years in management.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in North American markets.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud or comparable cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and coaching high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required.
