Overview

As Manager of Adoption Consulting at Oracle Health, you will lead engagement delivery efforts to establish a healthy portfolio in our Adoption Consulting space. Your role focuses on maximizing client adoption, efficiency, and satisfaction within the EMR ecosystem. Drive successful outcomes through strategic leadership and client-centric solutions across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of adoption consulting engagements for Oracle Health clients.
• Build and manage a high-performing portfolio of consulting projects to ensure optimal EMR adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to identify adoption barriers and implement tailored efficiency strategies.
• Mentor and develop a team of consultants to deliver exceptional results and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project KPIs, adoption metrics, and satisfaction scores to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with sales, product, and support teams to align consulting services with customer needs.
• Develop scalable adoption frameworks and best practices for EMR implementations.
• Present progress reports and recommendations to executive stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in consulting, healthcare IT, or EMR adoption services.
• Proven track record leading client-facing consulting engagements to success.
• Deep knowledge of EMR systems, adoption strategies, and healthcare workflows.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and portfolios.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
