Overview

The Marketing Compliance & Governance Advisor will ensure that all Marketing activities in Latin America are executed in full alignment with Oracle policies, privacy requirements, and internal audit standards. This role connects Marketing LAD with the Compliance, Privacy, Legal and Governance ecosystem, helping the team operate safely, efficiently and with agility. This advisor combines project management discipline, compliance expertise and problem-solving skills. The expectation is not to block execution, but to enable it, finding compliant paths, removing obstacles, guiding marketers through complex processes and ensuring documentation, approvals and governance are consistently in place. The role requires high organization, strong communication, the ability to manage multiple requests in parallel, and a mindset focused on solutions, not barriers.
