Overview

As a Master Principal Sales Consultant, you will provide technical and functional guidance to prospective and current clients for Oracle Restaurants products, partnering closely with the sales team. Your expertise will drive solution demonstrations, customer workshops, and deal progression. This role demands deep product knowledge and exceptional consulting skills to influence customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations of Oracle Restaurants solutions to prospects.
  • Conduct workshops and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase product value.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop tailored solution proposals and RFPs.
  • Provide functional and technical expertise during customer discovery and requirements gathering.
  • Support deal progression by addressing technical objections and competitive differentiators.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to product feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior team members on best practices and sales methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales consulting, preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle Restaurants or similar POS/ERP solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to configure and demo cloud solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
