Master Principal Sales Consultant

Location: United States

Overview

Seeking a seasoned leader to drive success for critical CSS customers transforming to SaaS and leveraging day 2 services for SaaS/PaaS management. Responsible for innovative solutions, enhancing support services usage, ensuring high customer satisfaction, referenceability, and revenue protection. Act as a trusted advocate across account teams, Sales, Operations, Support, and Delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead success for key CSS customers during SaaS transformation and day 2 services adoption.
  • Develop innovative solutions to optimize customer use of Oracle Support Services.
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction and referenceability.
  • Protect and enhance revenue streams through proactive account management.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners and customers.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and escalations.
  • Collaborate across account teams, Sales, Operations, Support, and Delivery.
  • Manage relationships to foster long-term customer loyalty and expansion.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, or customer success roles.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS/PaaS transformations and cloud services.
  • Proven track record managing complex, high-value customer accounts.
  • Strong leadership skills with cross-functional team collaboration experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
