Overview

The Demo Services Modern Best Practice Program Office governs and releases quarterly assets for designing, building, selling, implementing, and optimizing Fusion Applications. As a Release Manager, you will coordinate quarterly business process updates and ensure they trigger actions across the SaaS ecosystem. Changes introducing new capabilities like AI have significant implications for selling, educating, implementing, and optimizing Fusion Applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quarterly updates to business processes and ensure alignment across the SaaS ecosystem.
• Govern the release of demo assets used in Fusion Applications design, build, sales, and optimization.
• Manage cross-functional teams to implement process changes triggered by new capabilities like AI.
• Track and mitigate risks associated with quarterly releases and ecosystem impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define release scopes, timelines, and success criteria.
• Monitor release progress, resolve blockers, and ensure on-time delivery of updates.
• Document processes, changes, and outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of modern best practices in Fusion Applications delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product/release management, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven track record managing complex quarterly release cycles and cross-team coordination.
• Strong understanding of Fusion Applications, SaaS ecosystems, and business process optimization.
• Experience with AI/ML integrations and their implications on sales, education, and implementation.
• Excellent project management skills with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work in Bucharest, Romania.
