Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads within the North American healthcare market, targeting hospitals, clinics, and health systems.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations showcasing Oracle Data Platform capabilities for healthcare use cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT leaders, and decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, and technical support to close deals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and competitive landscape to position Oracle solutions effectively.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in healthcare or data platforms.
• Deep understanding of healthcare IT challenges, including EHR integration, data analytics, and compliance.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a B2B environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to engage executive audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite; technical aptitude a plus.
