Overview

Come join us at Oracle! We are seeking a Sales Representative within our Commercial Volume org for OCI. This remote position involves qualifying and closing new business opportunities with commercial accounts across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads within commercial accounts to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery calls and demos to understand customer needs for OCI solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasting updates.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
  • Stay informed on OCI product updates and competitive landscape to effectively sell.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally SaaS or cloud services.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in commercial segments.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales methodologies.
  • Self-motivated with ability to thrive in a remote, high-energy sales environment.
