Job Description

Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a successful background selling software, hardware, or business services in the Austin area. You’ll maintain relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to ensure continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system. This includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with a portfolio of NetSuite customers in Austin.
  • Drive continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers to optimize ERP, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce implementations.
  • Develop account strategies to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Track and report on account performance, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record selling software, hardware, or business services.
  • 3+ years of account management or sales experience in SaaS/ERP preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based business operations systems.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite, ERP, CRM, or PSA solutions a plus.
  • Located in or willing to work in Austin, TX; ability to travel locally.
