Job Description

Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a proven track record selling software, hardware, or business services in the Austin area. You’ll manage relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to drive continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based ERP, Accounting, CRM, PSA, and eCommerce solutions. Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with assigned NetSuite customer portfolio.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for NetSuite modules like ERP, CRM, and PSA.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customer success and support teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Develop account strategies to maximize customer lifetime value and renewals.
  • Track account metrics and report on pipeline, revenue, and expansion progress.
  • Participate in sales campaigns and events to promote NetSuite solutions locally.
  • Stay updated on NetSuite product updates and industry trends to advise customers.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful account management or sales experience in software/SaaS.
  • Proven track record selling ERP, CRM, or cloud business solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar cloud ERP platforms highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
