Job Description

Overview

We are seeking Sales Account Managers with a successful background selling software, hardware, or business services in the Austin area. You’ll maintain relationships within a portfolio of NetSuite customers to ensure continued adoption and expansion of NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system. This includes Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with assigned NetSuite customer portfolio
  • Drive customer adoption and expansion of NetSuite modules and features
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and recommend solutions
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and success planning sessions
  • Work with implementation and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track account metrics and report on pipeline, revenue, and renewal status
  • Represent NetSuite at industry events and customer meetings in Austin region

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in account management or sales of enterprise software
  • Proven track record selling ERP, CRM, or cloud business applications
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite or similar SaaS platforms preferred
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Experience managing mid-market or enterprise customer accounts
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field; Austin, TX location
