Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of NetSuite ACS projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution.
• Manage client relationships, gathering requirements and providing functional expertise across NetSuite modules.
• Design and configure NetSuite solutions for Finance, CRM, Procurement, and other key areas.
• Oversee a team of consultants, providing mentorship and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and training for clients on NetSuite functionalities.
• Drive AI integration initiatives to optimize business processes and operations.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and support go-live activities.
• Collaborate with global teams to align solutions with Oracle NetSuite best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant, with 2+ years in delivery management.
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation or Functional Consultant certification required.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules including Finance, CRM, and Supply Chain.
• Proven track record leading complex ACS implementations.
• Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Prague, Czech Republic.
