Overview

NetSuite Channel Partner Manager based in Colombes, France, focused on recruiting and expanding new partners for NetSuite. Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential NetSuite channel partners in France and EMEA.
  • Develop and execute partner recruitment strategies to meet growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and decision-makers.
  • Conduct partner training sessions and enablement programs on NetSuite solutions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to co-sell and drive joint pipeline opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide coaching, and optimize business plans.
  • Represent NetSuite at industry events, partner summits, and networking opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend enhancements to the partner program.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Proven track record in recruiting and growing partner ecosystems, ideally in SaaS/ERP.
  • Strong knowledge of NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in French and English.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within France and EMEA region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
