Overview

NetSuite Channel Partner Manager role based in London, covering France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Fluent French is required to drive partner recruitment, enablement, and growth in the DACH region. Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and activate new NetSuite channel partners in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
• Develop and execute joint business plans to achieve partner revenue targets and growth objectives.
• Provide sales, marketing, and technical enablement training to partner teams.
• Manage partner performance through regular business reviews and account planning.
• Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success.
• Identify and resolve partner issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
• Track partner pipeline, forecast opportunities, and report on channel metrics.
• Represent NetSuite at partner events, trade shows, and industry conferences in the region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (written and spoken); English proficiency required.
• 3+ years experience in channel sales, partner management, or SaaS ecosystem development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding partner revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of cloud ERP, CRM, or enterprise software markets.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% within France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
