Overview

We are seeking a NetSuite Channel Partner Manager – KSA to drive partner growth and success in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from our UAE base. Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new NetSuite channel partners in KSA to expand market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner executives and decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, sales plans, and marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor partner performance, achieve revenue targets, and provide ongoing support to maximize growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product to align partner initiatives.
  • Represent NetSuite at industry events, partner conferences, and customer engagements in KSA.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to recommend partner ecosystem strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years in channel sales, partner management, or business development in SaaS/ERP.
  • Proven track record of building and growing partner ecosystems in KSA or GCC region.
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite solutions and cloud ERP market dynamics.
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills; cultural fluency in KSA business environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
