With over 29,000 customers in 100+ countries, we seek a NetSuite Channel Partner Manager in the UAE to drive partner success in the Middle East. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute channel partner strategies to expand NetSuite's presence in the Middle East market.
  • Recruit, onboard, and enable new partners through training, certification, and co-selling initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partner executives and decision-makers.
  • Drive partner performance by setting targets, tracking KPIs, and providing ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner programs with business goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and facilitate joint business plans with strategic partners.
  • Manage partner marketing funds, events, and campaigns to increase NetSuite adoption.
  • Report on partner pipeline, revenue contributions, and market insights to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development in SaaS/ERP.
  • Proven track record of building and growing partner ecosystems in the Middle East.
  • Deep knowledge of NetSuite or similar cloud ERP solutions; certification a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills in multicultural environments.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional regional languages advantageous.
